Basic plan

We ensure that in out-of-the-box configuration our Netbox setup is properly configured. We cannot guarantee that it suits any particular use-case or environment without making additional configuration changes modifications.

If you have any issues with the out-of-the box configuration please do not hesitate to contact info@puppeteers.net. We will respond to you on a best effort basis.

Supported plan

The “Supported plan” includes the same level of support as “Basic plan”. In addition we provide technical support related to Netbox configuration, integration and automation using the API. Our support engineers will contact you within 24 hours after receiving your email to info@puppeteers.net.

Support is limited to two support cases each calendar month. If you want to increase your quota please contact us.
